Warranty Information

mg Stone Work – One‑Year Workmanship Warranty 

MG Stone Work provides a one‑year conditional workmanship warranty covering installation‑related issues such as improper seam bonding, leveling errors, loose counters or backsplashes, and edge lamination concerns. This warranty applies only to workmanship defects that were not visible at the time of installation. To receive warranty service, customers must retain their original invoice as proof of purchase.

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, neglect, chemical exposure, excessive heat, structural movement, and external events such as fires, earthquakes, or other circumstances beyond our control. Normal wear and tear, including surface dulling, minor scratches, and routine signs of use, is not covered under this warranty.

 

Covered Items

  • Split or damaged seams

  • Significant changes in level/grade caused by workmanship

  • Loose counters or backsplash

  • Edge lamination issues

  • Any visible violations of applicable building code

 

Exclusions

  • Stains from heat, water, food, or liquids

  • Hairline cracks caused by house movement

  • Breaks with a circular impact point

  • Chips, cracks, or gashes caused by impact

  • Normal wear and tear (including dulling, minor scratches, routine use marks)

Brands We Carry

Each manufacturer provides its own warranty covering defects in the material itself. These warranties vary by brand and may include lifetime, limited, or transferable coverage. Material warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, chemical exposure, heat, or physical impact. Residential Lifetime Warranty (Quartz - Indoor)
Caesarstone offers a Residential Lifetime Warranty for indoor quartz surfaces fabricated and installed by a Caesarstone Certified Fabricator. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and applies only to the original owner of a single‑family residence. Registration is required within 30 days of installation, and proof of purchase must be kept. The warranty does not cover improper use, excessive heat, chemical damage, scratches, chips, impact damage, routine maintenance issues, or any failures related to fabrication or installation. Seam performance, structural movement, and natural variations in color or pattern are also excluded. Residential 10‑Year Limited Warranty (Quartz - Outdoor)
Caesarstone provides a 10‑Year Limited Warranty for outdoor quartz surfaces permanently installed as countertops or backsplashes in single‑family residences. Coverage applies only to materials fabricated and installed by a Caesarstone Certified Fabricator and maintained according to Caesarstone’s Care & Maintenance guidelines. Registration is required within 30 days, and proof of purchase must be retained. The warranty excludes commercial use, flooring, cladding, fireplaces, improper care, excessive heat, chemical damage, scratches, chips, impact damage, natural variations, routine maintenance, and any failures caused by fabrication or installation. Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty (Porcelain)
Caesarstone offers a Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty for porcelain surfaces permanently installed as countertops or backsplashes in single‑family residences. Coverage applies only to materials fabricated and installed by a Caesarstone Certified Fabricator and maintained according to Caesarstone’s Care & Maintenance guidelines. Proof of purchase is required for service. The warranty excludes commercial use, flooring, cladding, fireplaces, improper care, excessive heat, chemical damage, scratches, chips, impact damage, routine maintenance, natural variations, marks from daily use, and any failures caused by fabrication or installation. Seam issues, inadequate support, structural settling, and alterations to factory finishes are also excluded. Cambria provides a transferable Full Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects for quartz surfaces installed in residential, commercial, and marine interiors when fabricated and installed by Cambria‑approved professionals. The warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product and automatically transfers to future owners. It does not cover damage caused by mishandling, abnormal use, chemical exposure, excessive heat or cold, thermal shock, outdoor installation, structural movement, or improper support. Fabrication and installation issues are not covered and must be addressed with the installer. Registration is recommended but not required to maintain warranty rights. Silestone surfaces include a 25‑Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects for registered residential installations, provided the material is fabricated and installed according to Cosentino’s guidelines. Registration must be completed within 6 months of purchase, and the original invoice must be retained. The warranty does not cover improper use, chemical exposure, outdoor installation, structural movement, heat damage, chips, cracks, or aesthetic variations such as veining, color tone differences, or natural aging. Cracks caused after installation are excluded, as they typically result from movement, heat, or impact rather than defective material. Dekton surfaces include a 25‑Year Limited Warranty for registered residential installations fabricated and installed according to Cosentino’s manuals. Registration within 6 months and proof of purchase are required. The warranty covers certain issues such as thermal‑shock cracks, stains from common household products, UV‑related gloss loss, and heat exposure when used according to installation guidelines. Exclusions include impact damage, structural movement, chemical treatments not validated by Cosentino, aesthetic variations, use marks, and any failures caused by improper installation or inadequate support. Sensa natural stone surfaces include a 15‑Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and issues related to the protective Senguard® treatment, provided the product is registered within 6 months and maintained according to Cosentino’s guidelines. The warranty does not cover color variation, thermal impact, chemical damage, improper care, or the use of conventional sealers or coatings. Neolith provides a 25‑Year Limited Warranty for registered residential countertops in 12 mm and 20 mm thicknesses, covering manufacturing defects and hidden flaws not detected during quality control. Registration must be completed within 6 months of purchase, and the original invoice must be retained. The warranty applies only when the product is used as intended and maintained according to Neolith’s Cleaning and Maintenance Guide, and when all handling, fabrication, and installation instructions have been followed. Exclusions include improper use, chemical damage, structural movement, excessive heat, impact damage, normal wear and tear, aesthetic variations, altered finishes, visible defects at installation, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, or construction work. Vadara provides a Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects for quartz surfaces fabricated and installed by a Vadara Authorized Fabricator/Installer. The warranty applies only to permanently installed interior residential applications and is available to the original homeowner (or first owner in new construction). Registration must be completed within 30 days of installation, and the original invoice must be kept as proof of purchase. Exclusions include commercial use, outdoor installation, improper care, excessive heat, chemical damage, impact damage, scratches, routine maintenance issues, visible defects at fabrication, seam performance, inadequate support, altered finishes, dry cutting, improper edge details, and natural variations in color or pattern. Raphael Stone provides a Residential Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects in quartz, engineered stone, printed quartz, and printed engineered stone materials when properly fabricated, installed, and maintained. The warranty applies only to the original residential owner and is non‑transferable. Registration must be completed within 30 days of purchase or installation, and proof of purchase must be retained. Coverage applies to the slab material itself, not cosmetic features — printed designs, color tone, gloss level, pattern variation, fading, or appearance differences from samples are not covered. Exclusions include outdoor use, UV exposure, improper care, excessive heat, impact damage, scratches, chemical damage, altered finishes, fabrication or installation issues, visible defects at fabrication, inadequate support, dry cutting, improper edge details, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other modifications. Daltile provides a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty for ONE Quartz Surfaces, covering manufacturing defects for the original homeowner as long as the product remains permanently installed in a private single‑family residence. Registration and proof of purchase are required, and the warranty applies only when the material is used in approved residential applications and maintained according to Daltile’s installation and care guidelines. Exclusions include outdoor use, improper installation, fabrication errors, misuse, neglect, excessive heat, chemical damage, scratches, impact damage, altered finishes, inadequate support, visible defects at installation, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other modifications. MSI provides a Residential Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects for Q Quartz surfaces fabricated and installed by an authorized Q Fabricator in private single‑family residences. The warranty applies only to the original homeowner and is non‑transferable. Registration must be completed within 30 days of installation, and proof of purchase must be retained. Coverage applies only to permanently installed interior applications maintained according to MSI’s Care & Maintenance guidelines. Exclusions include commercial use, outdoor installation, improper care, excessive heat, chemical damage, impact damage, scratches, routine maintenance issues, visible defects at fabrication, seam performance, inadequate support, altered finishes, reduced thickness, dry cutting, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other modifications. LX Hausys provides a 15‑Year Limited Warranty for Viatera quartz surfaces, covering manufacturing defects in interior residential and commercial installations. The warranty applies to products properly maintained according to Viatera’s Care & Maintenance guidelines and requires registration within 6 months of purchase, along with proof of the original receipt. The warranty may be transferred, provided the new owner submits a new registration with proof of the original purchase. Exclusions include outdoor use, improper care, chemical damage, excessive heat, impact damage, scratches, stains, visible defects at installation, fabrication or installation errors, altered finishes, structural movement, inadequate support, and any costs related to transportation, removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other trades. Arizona Tile provides a 15‑Year Residential Limited Warranty covering factory manufacturing defects in Della Terra Quartz slab material for the original homeowner. The warranty applies only to permanently installed interior applications maintained according to Della Terra’s Care & Maintenance guidelines. Registration is not required, but proof of purchase and installation date must be provided for service. Exclusions include commercial use, improper installation, improper care, excessive heat, chemical damage, impact damage, scratches, seam appearance, natural variations in color or pattern, altered finishes, inadequate support, visible defects at fabrication or installation, outdoor use, fireplace installations, reduced thickness, mechanical fasteners, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other modifications. EuroStone provides a 10‑Year Residential Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects, structural integrity issues, discoloration, and delamination for quartz surfaces installed in residential applications. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non‑transferable, and requires installation according to EuroStone’s guidelines. Exclusions include improper installation or fabrication, chips, scratches, impact damage, excessive heat or thermal shock, chemical damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, and edge chipping during installation. Valid claims require proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and an inspection by an authorized representative. Replacement material may be provided, but labor, removal, reinstallation, and associated costs are not covered. Wilsonart provides a 10‑Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects in Wilsonart Quartz surfaces installed by authorized fabricators and installers. The warranty applies only to the original owner (first occupant after installation), is non‑transferable, and requires registration within 60 days of installation along with proof of purchase. Coverage applies to interior countertop applications maintained according to Wilsonart’s Care & Maintenance Guide. Exclusions include outdoor use, UV exposure, improper installation or fabrication, structural movement, seam or edge performance, excessive heat or thermal shock, chemical damage, scratches, impact damage, altered finishes, reduced thickness, inadequate support, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other modifications. Corian Quartz (formerly DuPont Zodiaq) includes a 10‑Year Limited Residential Warranty covering manufacturing defects in permanently installed interior countertop applications when fabricated and installed by a DuPont Authorized Corian Quartz Installer. The warranty applies to the original homeowner and may be transferred within the 10‑year period with proof of purchase. Coverage requires proper care and maintenance and excludes outdoor use, commercial use, improper installation, excessive heat, chemical damage, impact damage, scratches, staining, structural movement, and any issues related to improper care. Natural variations in quartz color, tone, pattern, and veining are inherent and not considered defects unless visible from 7 feet and reported within 30 days of installation. Seam performance is covered, but seam appearance is not. DuPont may repair or replace defective material and will cover basic plumbing/electrical disconnects if needed, but all other associated costs remain the homeowner’s responsibility. Sapienstone provides a 10‑Year Standard Warranty covering intrinsic or structural manufacturing defects in SapienStone porcelain slabs used for kitchen countertops and tables. Because SapienStone is a semi‑finished product, the warranty applies only to the slab itself and does not cover any issues arising from fabrication, processing, transportation, installation, or removal, all of which are performed by third parties. Registration is required within 30 days of purchase, and defects must be reported within 8 days of discovery. Exclusions include aesthetic differences, color shading, variations from samples, thermal shock, excessive heat, physical or chemical abuse, improper care, cracks appearing after installation, chips or holes from impact, commercial use, display tops, and any costs related to plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, removal, or reinstallation. Warranty remedies include repair, replacement tile, or compensation up to the distributor tile price, at Sapienstone’s sole discretion. XTONE provides a 3‑Year Standard Warranty covering intrinsic or structural manufacturing defects in XTONE sintered compact surfaces, valid from the date of purchase. Coverage applies only when the material is used for its intended purpose and handled, processed, and installed according to XTONE’s official guidelines. An extended 10‑Year Warranty is available for kitchen countertops when the consumer registers the product within 60 days using the lot number provided by the fabricator or installer. Exclusions include improper installation, incorrect cutting or processing, poor substrate conditions, natural disasters, aesthetic variations, normal wear, impact damage, improper maintenance, and any costs related to removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, or other associated work. Warranty remedies may include repair, replacement tile, or compensation up to the distributor tile price, at XTONE’s sole discretion. Florim Stone provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects in Florim Stone porcelain slabs used exclusively as residential kitchen or bathroom countertops. The warranty applies only to the original end purchaser, is non‑transferable, and requires registration within 30 days of purchase. Coverage applies solely to the slab itself and does not include any issues arising from fabrication, cutting, polishing, installation, handling, transportation, or structural conditions, all of which are performed by third parties and are expressly excluded. Additional exclusions include improper use, chemical or physical abuse, excessive mechanical stress, natural disasters, aesthetic variations, visible defects at delivery, movement from the original installation site, and installation by unqualified personnel. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of the defective slab, or a similar slab if the original is unavailable; no compensation is provided for removal, reinstallation, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, or other associated costs.
